Learn the foundation of breaking through the  4 main categories: TOP ROCK, FOOTWORK, FREEZES, POWER MOVES.

 

 

Power Hour is a specialty training class focusing on power moves, dynamic tricks, flips and more. All while learning the safe and correct ways to do these moves without hurting yourself on mats.

 

 

PARTY DANCE

(Hip-Hop )

If you're looking for a class to just let loose, listen to great music, get a good sweat and go back to the basics.... you will NOT want to miss out on this class! 

 

Yes!..Party grooves is the first of its kind and unlike your typical choreo-class, we are focused on foundation, freestyle and fun!

Our phylosophy is that Hip Hop is a culture and NOT a dance.
This class is a Revolution to the modern day choreo class. Party Grooves goes back to the roots and brings back the house party feel.  

KRUMP

(Intro to Krump)

Krump is a street dance  characterized by free expressive, exaggerated and highly energetic movement. The youth who started Krump saw the dance as a way for them to escape gang life and to release anger, agression and frustration positively in a non violent way.

 

POPPING is one of the street dance styles based on the quick muscle contraction techniques to blend into various poses and illusions.
